Aalto University open access agreements are available for corresponding authors at Aalto University:

• Check the eligibility criteria

• Use your Aalto email when you submit the article

Available discounts for open access fees:

1. Open access fee is fully covered. The fee will be waived upon acceptance of the article and no invoice is sent.

   • Please note that article quotas may apply.

   • Wiley, Taylor & Francis, and Emerald article quotas are estimated to run out during autumn 2026. Read more (internal link).

2. 15 % discount on open access fee is provided. Publisher sends an invoice where the discount is applied.

   • Please consult your department controllers in advance regarding the fee.

If the journal is not listed, it is not covered by the agreements.
