Royal Roads University (RRU) Library has Open Access (OA) agreements with selected publishers that allow corresponding authors from RRU to publish OA at no additional cost, or at a discounted rate.

Please note: Many of the open access publishing agreements (Cambridge, Elsevier, Oxford, SAGE, Taylor & Francis, and Wiley) will expire at the end of 2026. Renewal negotiations are underway. As eligibility for publications is typically based on manuscript acceptance date, please consider submission timelines carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us at RRU Library.

To qualify for support, the Corresponding Author must be affiliated with Royal Roads University.
