UTL OA Agreements Journal Search Tool
The University of Toronto Libraries (UTL) has signed publisher agreements that allow University-affiliated authors to publish research openly with waived or reduced article-processing charges (APCs). Use this search tool to determine if a discount or waiver is available for journals you are interested in publishing in.
Using UTL's publisher agreements:
- To qualify for support, the Corresponding Author must be affiliated with the University of Toronto. This includes students, and teaching/research staff employed by the University.
- Submit your manuscript using your @utoronto / @mail.utoronto email address or by selecting the University of Toronto as your primary affiliation. Not doing so may preclude you from the deal or delay the publication process.
- Select the 'Who pays' icon for eligibility and instructions on how to apply a discount.
UTL endeavours to keep this tool as accurate as possible, however, eligible journal titles are subject to change without notice. Please contact scholarly.communications@library.utoronto.ca with any questions.
