Use the Journal Search Tool to find an APC waiver or discount to publish open access with UVic Libraries' publisher agreements. If your journal does not show up in the list, it may be that we do not have a discount or the journal does not charge an APC.

- If prompted, select the CRKN Consortium to receive APC (Article Processing Charges) discounts.
- Who Pays? APCs are partially (e.g. 25%) or fully covered (100%) by the Library.
- To search for journals that do not require APCs for publishing, check the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
