✔ Hybrid OA Journals with APC discounts or waivers for York researchers.
What’s excluded in the search tool?
✖ Most Diamond OA Journals. These journals don’t require authors to pay APCs. Search for these journals in the DOAJ database.
✖ OA journals where the Libraries do not have APC discounts or waivers for York researchers.

How to qualify? When submitting your manuscript, select York University for your institutional affiliation & use your YorkU email address.
Who can use the discounts or waivers? Any York-affiliated researcher. This includes York faculty, students, & staff.

Who pays for the APC discounts & waivers? The Libraries sign & pay for publisher agreements to secure APC discounts & waivers for York researchers.
