Journal Finder allows you to search for journals that are included in national licensing agreements for Open Access publishing without payment of an Article Processing Charge (APC). You can also find journals that offer discounted APCs. You do not need to create a user profile or log in to use Journal Finder; you simply need to select your institution to obtain accurate search results.

Please be aware of:

  • Agreements with a limited article quota (read here) as well as S2O agreements (read here).

  • Eligibility to use the agreements is determined by the submitting corresponding author.

  • As a general rule, emeriti and visiting researchers are not covered by the agreements.

Data in Journal Finder is continuously updated and maintained. The information sought in the Journal Finder must be considered indicative, and reservations are made for errors and changes.
