Journal Finder allows you to search for journals included in national license agreements on Open Access publishing with a full or partial waiver of the Article Processing Charge (APC), or that do not charge APCs. Remember to select institution(s) for accurate search results.

Agreements with a limited article quota (read here).
Eligibility to use the agreements is determined by the submitting corresponding author.
Some journals charge fees in addition to the APC that are not covered by the agreements.
Data in Journal Finder is continuously updated and maintained. The retrieved information should be considered indicative, and reservations are made for errors and changes.
